250K Guaranteed Base | 75K Loan Repayment | 25K Sign-On | Outpatient Focus

Join a dedicated medical team in the heart of the Mississippi Delta, where your skills are highly valued and your earning potential is strong. This Family Medicine opportunity offers a balanced schedule, procedural variety, and consistent referral volume from surrounding hospitals-all within a patient-first, autonomy-driven environment.

• Join a 49-bed general acute care hospital with recently renovated patient and provider spaces
• Work alongside a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers
• Manage a broad range of primary care cases with strong referral support from neighboring hospitals
• Practice in a setting designed for efficiency, workflow support, and physician comfort

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• One half-day off each week
• Rotating Saturday call with low frequency and minimal disruption
• Built-in flexibility to support true work-life balance

• Guaranteed base salary of 250,000 for two years
• 25,000 sign-on bonus plus additional call pay
• 75,000 in student loan repayment
• 40 days of annual leave (vacation + CME combined)
