What You'll Service Steam Sterilizers Washer Disinfectors Cart Washers Ultrasonic Cleaners Steam Generators Mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic medical equipment What You'll Do Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain sterilization and infection prevention equipment. Perform preventive maintenance, warranty repairs, installations, and equipment upgrades. Collaborate with Technical Support, Engineering, and Service Management to resolve complex issues. Document service work using mobile technology and service management software. Build strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and support company growth. Travel throughout your assigned territory to support customer needs.
