What you will tackle
- Run and monitor ferrous manufacturing machinery to maintain stable, high quality output
- Conduct routine inspections and perform light maintenance to sustain performance
- Apply safety protocols rigorously and keep the workspace clean and orderly
- Work closely with teammates to achieve production goals and meet deadlines
- Record production metrics and flag discrepancies to supervisors quickly
- Assist with training new hires on processes and safety procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and product quality
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and a knack for troubleshooting
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and practices
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
