Who You Are - You enjoy interacting and connecting with guests - You take pride in your position and in your ability to positively impact the guest experience through executing your role in a highly efficient manner - You are a "Team Player", considerate to the experience of all guests, as well as the experience of your fellow employees - You have strong communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task - You understand "Genuine" hospitality - You ideally have experience in a high-volume, full-service bar setting - You ideally have TIPs alcohol procedures certification, alongside any State or County required license requirements for the service of food and alcohol - You ideally have a basic knowledge of drink recipes and standard bar equipment uses

What You Will Be Doing - Restocking product behind the bar (bottle beer & liquor) and changes kegs as needed - Maintaining the Keg Room and liquor storage areas - Bussing the bar and associated tables (clearing plates, cups, glassware and condiments etc.) - Resetting the bar / tables to standard - Assisting Bartenders with bar Service Steps (such as providing bread and water refills to guests) - Following up with guest requests, either directly or via the assigned Bartender / Server - Assisting Bartenders in maintenance and cleaning of service utensils and service equipment - Interacting with guests - Adhering to all local and state laws regarding the service of alcohol and food; including Steps of Service and alcohol service standards - Ensuring that bar stations / areas are kept stocked and are maintained in an organized, clean and sanitary manner - Completing general tasks to ensure the efficient flow of service at the bar, for example, restocking ice bins, replenishing stations with clean glassware and emptying trashcans - Ensuring that all set-up and break-down tasks are completed to standard - Having fun!
