Job Description We're hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we're here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations within a 200‑mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community. Work Shift Work Shift (if applicable): Shift 1 (United States of America) Schedule Monday through Friday, Occasional weekends and 3 overnight stays per month (All expenses paid, and Hotel room provided) Pay & Compensation Base pay: $16.45 - $17.15 / Hour Other compensation: 5% mobile premium. Plus $4,000 Sign on Bonus Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. Training Start Date: 10/12/2026 10-week Paid Mandatory Training program. Monday - Friday 7:00am -5:30pm - 100% attendance required.
