Academic Primary Care Physician

Location: 80 South Main St, Winsted, CT (Litchfield County) .

Shift: Combination of clinical and faculty responsibilities. Full-time, weekdays only, mix of precepting, patient care, and administrative time. Phone calls limited to 2 weekends per year and 1-weeknight calls for ~2 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients of all ages.


• Precept residents and provide academic faculty duties.


• Maintain a 100% office-based outpatient practice (birth and up, no OB).


• Participate in administrative tasks and program development.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible).


• BC/BE Family Medicine.
