Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

$2203.20/week -

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer and oversee patient care, including IV therapy, EKGs, and phlebotomy, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Monitor and respond to patient needs, utilizing EPIC electronic medical records system.
  
  
• 
  Float between units as needed, providing consistent patient support and coverage.
  
  
• 
  Work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings, supporting unit operations and patient needs.
  
  
• 
  Document all care activities accurately, maintaining detailed records in accordance with facility policies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid RN license with at least 1 year of clinical experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing setting.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC EMR, preferably within the past 2 years.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current certifications, with dementia care certification preferred.
  
  
• 
  Possess reliable transportation; vehicle equipped for inclement weather during winter months.
  
  
• 
  Previous travel experience in staffing preferred.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and major holidays.
