Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative - The UPS Store

The UPS Store is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, working in a fast‑paced retail environment, and learning a variety of shipping, printing, mailbox, and small business services. No shipping experience is required—we provide hands‑on training for the right candidate. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to walk‑in customers and telephone inquiries. Assist customers with shipping, packing, mailbox services, package drop‑offs, Amazon returns, printing, copying, faxing, and retail purchases. Receive and process packages for shipment through UPS, USPS, and other carriers. Recommend shipping, packing, printing, and business service solutions based on customer needs. Operate point‑of‑sale systems, printers, copiers, fax machines, laminating machines, binding equipment, and other store equipment. Provide accurate information regarding shipping options, packaging requirements, delivery timelines, mailbox services, and printing solutions. Learn all products, services, pricing options, and industry best practices. Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and safe store environment. Support daily store operations and assist team members as needed. Perform other duties assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, cashiering, shipping, printing, office services, hospitality, or related fields preferred. Strong computer and internet skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, POS systems, printers, copiers, or Adobe software is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Friendly, professional, dependable, and team‑oriented attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced retail environment.
