About the Role

Precision Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to support patient rehabilitation across our orthopedic clinics. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
• Deliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
• Document care plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to ensure coordinated care
• Adjust treatment strategies based on patient progress

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current state Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or sports medicine preferred
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient education skills
