Job Requirements

• Board certified in Internal Medicine with Hematology and Oncology experience
• Fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in hematology/oncology preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Eligible for credentialing within an estimated 60-90 day timeframe
• Comfortable providing outpatient consults, follow-up care, and treatment oversight

Responsibilities

• Provide new patient consults and follow-up visits in an outpatient oncology clinic
• Oversee treatment plans and ongoing patient management for hematology and oncology patients
• Deliver high-quality specialty care without inpatient responsibilities
• Collaborate with the care team to support a smooth, patient-centered workflow
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with referring providers as needed
