Store Lead - Coral Way

Job Description Job Description Conversational English and Spanish required. La Margarita is looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Store Lead to support the daily operations of our Coral Way location. Responsibilities include: • Delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales • Supporting and supervising the customer experience team • Coordinating pickup orders • Receiving merchandise and stocking freezers and refrigerators • Keeping the store organized, clean, and fully stocked • Resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience • Ensuring every customer receives the exceptional service La Margarita is known for Requirements: • Conversational English and Spanish required • Previous experience supervising a team, store, or customer-facing operation • Customer service and/or sales experience • Comfortable using computers and basic software • Responsible, organized, and positive attitude • Must be physically able to stand for extended periods, lift boxes, and perform the physical tasks required in daily store operations Schedule: Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (with one weekday off) Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM This position includes two days off per week (one weekday and one alternating weekend day).
