Position Overview\n\nPay: $19-$22/hour + OT\n\nInsight Global is hiring on behalf of one of the largest low-voltage and data center infrastructure companies in North America. We are seeking dependable, safety-minded individuals looking to break into the data center and structured cabling industry.\n\nThis role will begin with site safety, spotting, and traffic control responsibilities, but strong performers will have the opportunity to learn low-voltage cabling and develop into full technicians. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a long-term career in the skilled trades or technology infrastructure space.\n\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities\nConduct visual and physical safety sweeps throughout active work areas\nCreate and maintain safe pathways for personnel and equipment movement\nMove cones, barriers, and safety equipment as directed\nMonitor and control pedestrian and equipment traffic flow\nStop or redirect personnel entering restricted work zones\nFollow verbal instructions from site leadership and technicians\nAssist with maintaining a safe work environment\nSupport technicians with basic project tasks as needed\nParticipate in on-the-job training for low-voltage and data center work\nWork five 10-hour shifts with occasional overtime or Saturday work as project needs dictate
