Our International client is seeking a Tax Supervisor to join their Tax Team. This will be a diverse role involved in various tax compliance, consulting and planning issues related to the parent organization and its subsidiaries, both domestic and international. Responsibilities The preparation, review and collection of tax packages for the preparation of U.S. tax returns Review/monitor foreign tax returns compliance tracking system, review inter-company transactions quarterly, and maintain a current foreign tax calendar Develop process improvements in the tax packages and tax compliance processes overall Acquisition work; due diligence reviews; research and analysis on tax law and tax law changes Responding to regular tax inquiries from internal employees and departments Requirements B.S.
