Regional Sales Manager

A well-established life sciences & diagnostics company is conducting a confidential search for a Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing field team across the Central and North Florida Markets. This is a front-line sales leadership role driving growth in the clinical and specialty healthcare segment. What you'll do Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives and account managers Drive regional revenue growth through strategic planning, goal-setting, and performance management Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and senior-level healthcare decision makers Develop and execute account growth and market penetration strategies Serve as the bridge between field sales and internal operations leadership Recruit, train, and motivate team members while building a results-driven culture Partner with senior leadership to implement strategy and support new product launches Required qualifications 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year managing or leading a team Bachelor's degree preferred Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50% Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Preferred background Experience in clinical, diagnostic, or specialty healthcare sales Track record selling into physician groups, health systems, or ambulatory care settings Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr Next Level Impacts
