Antitrust Associate Attorney

Job Description Crowell & Moring is seeking a mid‑level associate to join the Antitrust and Competition practice in any of our Chicago, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, Orange County or Washington, DC offices. 2–5 years of antitrust litigation experience from a nationally recognized law firm or in government. Hands‑on experience litigating antitrust matters, including drafting discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting complex briefs, and working with experts. Experience with day‑to‑day case management, supervising junior associates and leading the discovery process (plus). Judicial clerkship experience is encouraged. Must be a member of the state bar for the office to which the applicant is applying or otherwise eligible for admission by waiver. Excellent academic credentials and highly developed organizational, writing, and analytical skills. The salary range for this position is $225,000 to $320,000, which may vary based on market data, applicant skills, prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus.
