Key Responsibilities: Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate employee data in HR systems, including personal information, employment details, and benefits information. Benefits Administration: Assisting employees with benefits enrollment, answering questions regarding health plans, and processing benefit changes. Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and providing support on workplace issues. Training and Development: Coordinating employee training programs and development initiatives. Payroll Processing: Assisting with payroll administration, including data entry and verification. Reporting and Analysis: Generating HR reports and analyzing data to identify trends and inform decision-making. Recruitment and Onboarding: Posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, managing the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
