Home Health ManagerA Home Health Manager oversees the delivery of home healthcare services to patients, coordinating a team of nurses, therapists, and aides to provide care in the patient's residence, ensuring treatment plans are followed, managing patient needs, and maintaining compliance with agency policies while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.JOB FUNCTIONSEssential Functions % TIME• Program ReviewReviews program for quality of care, accuracy, appropriate utilization of services and compliance with reimbursement criteria.5%• Performance ManagementSupervises direct reports and manages the performance of individuals through ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to motivate, engage and drive a high performing team.5%• Performance ManagementMonitors the operations of a unit and provides input to the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations.5%• People Management ActivitiesMakes decisions for direct reports and performs people management activities such as performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, staff planning, and interviews.5%• Budget and PoliciesParticipates in the development, implementation, and management of a budget, ensuring cost control and expenses are in alignment with the budget.5%• Patient Care ImprovementsCompiles and analyzes clinical outcomes data and implementing improvement plans to ensure high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and regulations.5%• ComplianceEnsures compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and internal policies including Federal, State, payor, and CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Program).5%• Complaints ManagementInvestigates, evaluates, and resolves concerns of those we are privileged to serve and reports to the next level of management.5%• Patient Satisfaction DataMonitors patient satisfaction data and identifies opportunities to enhance the patient experience.5%• Patient Care Services OversightProvides oversight of all patient care services.
