Key Responsibilities: Accurately mark, induct, pack, sort, split, and stage merchandise to facilitate timely delivery to stores. Follow all safety guidelines and uphold quality standards to maintain a secure work environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals. Handle merchandise with care; lifting, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 50 lbs. Maintain consistent productivity in a temperature-controlled environment, ensuring year-round comfort. Candidate Qualifications: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift/move merchandise throughout your shift. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. No prior experience necessary; training will be provided. Shifts available: 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
