General Dentist Opportunity - Basking Ridge, New Jersey

An established, modern dental practice is seeking an experienced General Dentist to step into a leadership role within a growing office. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building patient relationships, leading a team, and serving as the primary provider in a well-supported environment.

The practice has been serving the community since 2015 and is equipped with advanced technology, including CBCT/Pano imaging and intraoral cameras. The incoming dentist will work alongside a collaborative clinical team and have the opportunity to become the face of the practice as the current lead doctor transitions his schedule.

Position Highlights

• Lead Dentist opportunity within an established practice
• Full-time preferred; part-time candidates will be considered
• Experienced doctor required (minimum 3-5 years post-residency)
• Modern technology including CBCT/Pano and intraoral cameras
• 7 fully equipped operatories
• Strong hygiene support with 3 hygienists currently on staff and capacity for continued growth
• Specialty support from a Periodontist who visits every other week
• Collaborative, patient-focused environment
• Paid on % of adj production

• Monday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: Off
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (every other week)
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (every other week)
