Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Broomfield, CO, responsible for leading daily store operations and fostering a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for guests and team members. This role oversees staff scheduling, coaching, and performance management, ensuring that the team delivers excellent customer service and maintains brand standards. The Store Manager manages visual merchandising, inventory control, and retail loss prevention processes to support sales goals and protect company assets. On a day-to-day basis, this role monitors key performance metrics, resolves guest concerns, and supports training and development initiatives. The Store Manager collaborates with leadership to execute promotions, drive customer satisfaction, and create an environment aligned with Earthbound Trading Company’s bohemian and inclusive culture. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to create positive experiences and build lasting guest relationships. Strong Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and effective team collaboration. Experience in Store Management, including supervising staff, overseeing daily operations, and achieving sales and performance targets. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrink, safeguard inventory, and uphold operational standards. Previous retail or specialty store leadership experience, preferably in lifestyle or fashion-oriented environments. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities. Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard office software; ability to learn new tools and processes quickly. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
