Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHours: Sunday-Thursday 10:30 pm -7:00 am, On-Call as neededSalary: $18.00 (Exact salary calculation based on education and experience)Position Overview:Completes assessments of clients in crisis within ED of local hospitals to determine appropriate level of careCompletes de-escalation of clients with acute symptomsScreens and evaluates clients for higher level of careCompletes clinical assessments and treatment plans for clients deflected from EDCompletes referrals for follow up from ED or to inpatient psych facilitiesWorks after hours on a rotating evening and weekend scheduleQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Family Therapy or Human ServicesBachelor’s Degree in like field with 2 years’ work experience in a Behavioral Health settingHigh School Diploma and 5 years working experience in clinical role in a behavioral health settingSalary and BenefitsCompetitive Salary with potential for annual increasesFull Time Benefit package, including Health, dental, vision Insurance. LTD, 401K, PTO, HolidaysAdditional pay for after hours on call and call out payShift premium
