Member Services Representative

Member Services & Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer questions regarding memberships, benefits, services, and available options
• Process membership applications, renewals, payments, replacement cards, and related requests
• Assist customers with travel-related products, reservations, and services
• Sell a variety of products and services while identifying opportunities to meet additional customer needs
• Provide various document, identification, and travel-related services
• Assist customers with regulated administrative and transactional services in accordance with applicable Pennsylvania requirements
• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Maintain accurate customer records, transactions, and documentation
• Promote and refer customers to additional products and services offered by the organization
• Attend required staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
• Support organizational initiatives, policies, procedures, and service standards
• Consistently provide excellent customer service while meeting established sales and service goals

Member Services & Sales Representative Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer systems and software platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required clearances or certifications associated with the position
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service

Compensation & Perks:
