Your mission is to eliminate EUS operational tickets by building self-healing workflows that reduce manual intervention. You will integrate AI solutions with SaaS platforms, ensuring security and compliance across the enterprise environment. Collaborating across IT and security teams, you will drive continuous improvement in automation and agent performance. This role requires a strong technical background in AI/ML, automation frameworks, and a security-first mindset. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasicBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience, OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, IT automation, or SaaS developmentExperience in agentic AI frameworks, workflow automation, or intelligent IT service managementExperience working with LLMs and integrating RAG pipelines into enterprise solutionsExperience in one or more scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, Java)Experience embedding security and compliance controls into AI or automation solutionsExperience with IT operations, incident management, and ticketing systemsExperience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practicesExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)PreferredExperience with AI/ML frameworks and multi-agent orchestration platformsExperience in developing, designing or integrating front-end AI application entry points (e.g., chatbots, copilots, self-service portals) for end-user interactionAbility to present proof of concepts effectively: Adequate frontend, backend, and DevOps experience to rapidly build and demonstrate agentic AI solutionsFamiliarity with zero-trust and security monitoring in SaaS and IT environmentsTrack record of reducing operational burden via automation or agentic AICertifications in AI, cloud computing, or ITSM platformsDemonstrable experience in prompt engineering and designing effective prompt strategies for LLMsExperience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS integration patternsStrong collaboration skills with IT, security, and business stakeholdersAbility to drive innovation and adoption of agentic automation at scaleWage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $119,100.00 - $184,700.00 base salaryWashington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $114,600.00 - $163,725.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for the following:Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
