About the Role

The role also encompasses general corporate matters, such as negotiating contracts, and real estate matters, including drafting and reviewing various real estate documents. The candidate should have in-house corporate legal experience, practical skills in contract drafting and negotiation, and a proactive approach to identifying and analyzing legal issues.
