What You’ll Do Support the full recruiting and onboarding process for temporary employees, from interviewing through first-day orientation Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for employees and client partners Help attract top talent through local recruiting and sourcing efforts Coordinate interviews, job postings, and hiring documentation Maintain accurate employee and candidate records with strong attention to detail Answer and route incoming calls while providing exceptional customer service Ensure compliance with hiring procedures, employment laws, and pre-employment requirements Welcome and support new hires to create a smooth and positive onboarding experience Assist with onsite events, reporting, and special projects as needed What Makes You a Great Fit Bilingual in Spanish (required) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Flexible to support occasional weekends and non-traditional hours Work Environment Work between two buildings at the Rockingham facility PPE required (safety glasses, vest, hair net, earplugs provided) Support for 2nd and 3rd shift operations as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus Why You’ll Love Working With Us Be part of a supportive and collaborative team Gain valuable experience in recruiting, HR, and operations Enjoy opportunities for career growth and professional development Make a real impact by helping people connect with meaningful job opportunities every day If you’re ready for a rewarding role where your work truly matters, apply today and grow with us.
