Capriotti's in Post Falls, ID is looking for a passionate Sandwich Artist to join our crew! We're locally owned and operated. Compensation: $18 per hour when combining starting hourly wage of $14.00 and average tips of $4/hour earned at this location. We pay more for experience. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble crafted sandwiches with speed, accuracy, and care
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient counter service
• Maintain a clean and organized prep station and dining area
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and condiments as needed throughout the shift
• Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
• Work collaboratively with team members during peak rush periods

Requirements:

• No prior experience required we will train the right candidate!
• Positive, customer-first attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Basic food handling knowledge or willingness to learn
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
