Join our healthcare partner as a Pharmacist, where you will provide essential pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring the quality and safety of medication use. This role offers the unique opportunity to operate as the sole Pharmacist during critical night hours, supported by a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).

As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in the healthcare team by:

• Reviewing, interpreting, processing, and dispensing medication orders and prescriptions accurately
• Monitoring and managing patient medication therapy to ensure therapeutic appropriateness and effectiveness
• Maintaining departmental policies, quality improvement programs, and records
• Communicating drug information to patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Participating in drug therapy management during medical emergencies
• Coordinating pharmacy technician activities to meet patient and departmental needs

Requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor of Science or Pharm D. degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy
• Valid Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
