As a Full Time Early Childhood Lead Teacher at the Y, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day classroom activities. From planning and leading program activities to ensuring effective communication with children, parents, and center personnel, you'll be at the heart of creating a positive learning experience.Collaborating with the center director and providing guidance to Teacher Assistants will be key in ensuring smooth operations and a supportive team dynamic.
