Job Title: Senior Python Full Stack Developer (W2 only)

Location: EST Time Zone, Remote (W2 only)

Duration: Long-term contract

Domain: Insurance

• 9+ years of experience as a Python Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on Backend Development (70%) and exposure to UI Development (30%) using React.Js.
• Extensive experience working on legacy Java applications with involvement in modernization initiatives and migration toward Python-based solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.
• Strong experience working within AWS cloud environments, including deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
• Proven experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices to automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments.
• Experience working in the Insurance domain, with strong understanding of policy administration systems;
  exposure to LifePRO policy administration platform is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of legacy technologies, including .NET-based front-end applications, and experience supporting hybrid technology environments.
• Proficient in databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL, with strong expertise in database design, optimization, and complex query development.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving, system integration, and cross-functional collaboration skills within Agile development environments.
