Work Environment

This position allows for complete remote work while maintaining a collaborative environment with your team. Our telehealth platform facilitates seamless communication and scheduling, enabling you to focus on delivering exceptional care. You will work Monday to Friday, with scheduled hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Assessments: Conduct thorough and thoughtful assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and formulate effective, personalized treatment strategies.
• Therapy Delivery: Provide therapy sessions tailored to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based methods and therapeutic techniques.
• Goal Facilitation: Support clients in setting and achieving their mental health goals, fostering motivation and resilience throughout the treatment process.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the integrity of the therapeutic partnership.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will include working with individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required to ensure comprehensive knowledge in mental health theories and practices.
• Licensing: An active Vermont LCMHC (Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor) license is necessary to practice legally and ethically within the state.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities are critical for building rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Client Diversity: At least two years of experience working with a broad spectrum of clients, enhancing your adaptability and cultural competence in therapy.
• Therapeutic Methodologies: Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness therapy, or solution-focused therapy, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
