Hybrid Speech Language Pathologist

Hybrid speech language pathologist position offering up to $65 per hour for a 40-week contract in Charlottesville, Virginia. The role involves delivering speech-language evaluations and therapy in a school setting, collaborating with educators and families, and supporting IEP development and documentation. Professionals will contribute to student communication growth while working a flexible hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services in a school setting to support student communication needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and objectives, supporting interdisciplinary teamwork and progress documentation.
• Deliver direct therapy sessions and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure carryover in educational environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation, session notes, and assessment/IEP-related records in accordance with school and facility standards.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary coordination as required by the assignment and facility schedule.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Completion of supervised clinical practicum.
• Valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility to obtain.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility.
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.
• Ability to work 37.5 hours per week.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and care teams.
• Documentation skills to support compliance and IEP-related workflows.
• Professionalism and reliability.
• Background check and required onboarding screenings.
• Meet "Standard Requirements" as outlined by the facility.
