Acting as a single point of contact for stakeholders, this role focuses on analysing data, conducting business audits, and recommending improvements.Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Lead and facilitate process mapping and analysis workshops with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. \* Be a “vehicle of change”. This person must be comfortable working with all levels within the organisation. They must be able to question the status quo and be a strong communicator. \* Map and document existing (“as-is”) workflows to highlight pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. \* Will be responsible for leading continuous improvement projects \* Support in the design of the future (“to-be”) process. \* Trains, coaches and motivates personnel in the understanding and adoption of new principles and techniques. \* Validating solution prior to release while consulting with stakeholders \* Coordinate project with external contractors and suppliers \* Auditing Business process and systems to identify non-conformances and potential improvements \* Provide communications of activities to business stakeholders Job Qualifications\*\* \* Proven experience (3+ years) in business process improvement, process engineering, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. \* Strong understanding and practical application of Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred), and other continuous improvement methodologies.\* Understanding of Business systems data flow and architecture \* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. \* Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software. \* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. \* Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive results independently and as part of a team. \* Experience with ERP , PLM and MES systems and their integration into operational processes is desirable.## **What Crown Offers You*** Strong engagement and commitment to the safety of our employees* The opportunity to build a meaningful career* Professional and personal development through training and work experiences## ## **Join us and become part of a team of professionals who are passionate about sustainable packaging!**
