Opportunity Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Global Key Account Manager to lead and grow the relationship with one of our most strategic e-commerce marketplace partners. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for a high-volume online retail channel, driving revenue growth, expanding product placement, and building a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership between our company and this key account. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager, based in Nashville, TN.

This is a remote position, and we require candidates living in the Seattle area. This is a high-visibility role for a robotics industry leader, ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven, and highly competitive online retail environment.

Own and manage the end-to-end relationship with a major global online retail marketplace partner, serving as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters.

Develop and execute annual and quarterly joint business plans to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across the account.

Lead pricing strategy, budget planning, and inventory forecasting in coordination with internal supply chain, marketing, and finance teams.

Analyze account performance data (sales trends, conversion rates, etc) to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, compliance, and account health.

Monitor competitive landscape and marketplace policy changes, proactively adjusting strategy as needed.

Prepare and present regular business reviews (QBRs) to senior leadership, highlighting performance, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

Troubleshoot and resolve escalations related to supply chain, compliance, chargebacks, or account performance issues.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA a plus).

5+ years of experience in account management within the logistics or automation industry.

Proven track record of growing revenue and profitability within a large, complex retail or marketplace account.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams (supply chain, marketing, finance, product).

Ability to travel as needed.

Experience in the robotics, consumer electronics, or hardware industry.

Experience managing global or multi-region account portfolios.

Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for sales and demand forecasting.

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $121,200-193,900. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Sales Incentive Plan: This job is additionally eligible for participation in the organization's sales incentive plan.
