LOCATION OF POSITION: MDH, Deer's Head Hospital Center, Salisbury, MD Main Purpose of Job This position is a staff nurse and performs the full range of duties and responsibilities of generalized nursing care to patients/residents under general supervision from a higher-level nurse. Minimum Qualifications Education: Determined by the Maryland State Board of Nursing under the licensing requirements for Registered Nurses. Experience: None. Licenses, Registrations and Certifications Must possess a current license as a Registered Nurse from the Maryland State Board of Nursing, 4140 Patterson Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21215, or possess a current multi‑state license in the parties state(s) declared as primary residence. Employees may be required to possess a motor vehicle operator's license valid in Maryland if duties require the operation of an automobile. Employees may be required to successfully complete cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and maintain current certification.
