Clinical Practice Pharmacist — Patient Care Leader

Jackson North Medical Center seeks a Clinical Practice Pharmacist to perform a range of pharmacy procedures in a large and complex department, with emphasis on compounding, dispensing, and manufacturing of complex solutions, while supervising pharmacists not registered within the state. You will integrate drug distribution with clinical services to assure safety and efficacy, review orders for appropriateness, monitor therapy, and contribute to staff education. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jackson Health System
