Job Description

As a Security Officer Dispatch Driver in Frisco, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Dispatcher at a food and beverage location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, support access control, and help maintain a secure environment. You will provide outstanding customer service, respond to security-related concerns, and work closely with site teams. This driving position offers the opportunity to represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage distribution location.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document service requests, and coordinate the timely routing of security-related personnel and resources.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, visitor or delivery information, and other site-required documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed by procedures.
• Monitor cameras, access-control systems, alarms, and communications equipment; report irregularities and help to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
