The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Partner Portal configuration, and Salesforce platform customization . The role involves designing, developing, and supporting scalable partner portal solutions while ensuring security, performance, and seamless integrations. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) solutions and Partner Portals.
- Configure and customize Partner Portal functionality, user onboarding, authentication, and self-service capabilities.
- Develop custom business logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
- Build and optimize Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation, and Platform Configuration.
- Implement Salesforce Security & Sharing Model, Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Sharing Rules.
- Manage Partner User provisioning, access control, and security best practices.
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with enterprise applications.
- Create and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for efficient data retrieval and application performance.
- Develop Reports and Dashboards to support business reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and governance standards.
- 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) and Partner Portal development.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce .
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, and Platform Configuration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets.
- Experience managing Partner Users and Experience Cloud security.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data modeling.
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud .
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ & CLM .
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Experience Cloud certifications.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
