As a Dietary Aide at Heritage Lakeside, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient-centered care to our residents. Our skilled nursing team develops personalized care plans to address each resident's physical, spiritual, social, and emotional well-being. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and service of all meals and beverages for residents, visitors, and staff according to policies and procedures. Clear and clean kitchen, dining area, and catering equipment using appropriate cleaning techniques following policies and procedures. Advise residents on menu choice in a way that gives maximum choice. Assist in cleaning the dining room and kitchen after dinner service. Qualifications: Customer service experience Basic Math Comprehensive reading Following Direction Schedule: This is a flexible opportunity with rotating shifts, including every other weekend.
