RemX is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Murfreesboro, TN. This role will partner closely with plant leadership and employees to drive HR initiatives, support employee relations, and ensure alignment between business objectives and workforce strategies.

6+ Month Contract Assignment
$36.00 - $41.00/hour
Monday-Friday | 8+ hour shift between 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational and organizational goals.
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and policy interpretation.
  • Support employee engagement, training, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Conduct employee investigations, exit interviews, and recommend solutions to workplace concerns.
  • Lead onboarding and new hire orientation programs.
  • Assist employees with benefits, leave administration, and HR-related questions.
  • Maintain employee records, HR reports, training documentation, and HRIS data.
  • Manage workers' compensation claims and support compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Foster positive employee relations while balancing business and employee needs.
  • Support recruiting activities and workforce planning efforts.
  • Utilize SuccessFactors ATS/HRIS to manage employee and recruiting data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5-10 years of Human Resources experience required.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong background in employee relations, performance management, investigations, and HR compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS systems required; SuccessFactors experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
