Shipping Operator

Company Information:

• Company in Columbus looking to find their next Shipping Operator

Pay/Benefits:

• Start at $21.29/hr
• Raises every 6 months up to 36 months
• Medical, Dental, Vision upon Hire

Schedule:

• Saturday, Sunday, Monday
• 6am - 6pm or 7am - 7pm
• Associates are required to work every other weekend
• Work 36 hours paid for 40

Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous forklift experience
• Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Motivation to solve problems
• Ability to do repetitive, heavy lifting as needed
• This position comes with a noteworthy amount of responsibility, so this person must be dependable, reliable, and motivated to step up to the challenge

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, banding, and marking product
• Stacking material and loading trucks using a forklift
• Accurately completing paperwork related to the product
• Computer-related reporting, labeling, etc
