Details Short-stay observation unit treating adult patients Cardiac telemetry and short-stay observation cases with target length of stay under 30 hours Med Surg Tele or IMC level of care RN/patient ratio of 4:1 or 5:1 depending on acuity Day shift 12-hour schedule, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM Every other weekend required Float within skill set No on-call availability required Requirements Active MD or compact RN license BLS certification Minimum 2 years current MS/Tele, ED, or IMC experience Dysrhythmia management experience required NIHSS certification required EPIC experience preferred 1-2 prior travel assignments preferred Comparable facility size experience required Additional Information Provide care for cardiac telemetry and short-stay observation patients One winter holiday coverage required (Christmas or New Year's) Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility as local candidates are not accepted American Traveler Job ID P-771894.
