New Journeys Program Manager

Overview New Journeys Program Supervisor position. Lead, inspire, and guide a dedicated team of up to 6 employees. Provide hands-on leadership, training, and support, ensuring a high standard of care for clients aged 15-40 facing psychosis and related challenges. This role offers opportunities to develop skills in program management, staff leadership, and community collaboration. Location is in the Tacoma, WA area with a hybrid home/office arrangement. Responsibilities Lead a team of up to 6 employees; provide hands-on leadership, training, and support to maintain high-quality client care. Directly work with clients and their families to assess needs, connect with vital community resources, educate about psychosis, and teach skills for managing symptoms and improving communication and problem-solving. Work with clients in the field or in the office as needed. Qualifications Can be licensed or in the process of being licensed in Washington State. LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Agency Associated Counselor (LAAC). Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks. Benefits and Perks Salary range: $75,000–$81,000 per year.
