Slitter Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:45pm to 12:15am )
- Operate, set up, and monitor slitting machines to cut material to specifications.
- Load and position large rolls of media material for production runs.
- Inspect finished material and remove or report non-conforming products.
- Read and follow work orders, specifications, and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and routine equipment checks.
Slitter Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and follow production instructions and work orders.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic machine adjustments.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle large material rolls as required, up to 50lbs.
- Must successfully complete 1 to 2 weeks of training on 1st Shift.
