Position Summary Courtesy Clerks help put purchased groceries into bags for customers. Some customers may need assistance to their vehicle and you will be cordial and respectful and give them the best customer service without receiving a tip. Baggers must be quick and careful, ensuring bags are packed to maximize space without overloading or damaging produce or soft items. Baggers also bring in carts when the cart flow is low and must be prepared for varying weather conditions. Additional duties may be assigned. Responsibilities Bag customers' groceries securely and efficiently. Assist customers with loading items into vehicles. Bring in and organize grocery carts as needed. Prepare for and adapt to weather conditions while working. Qualifications Highly organized with a keen sense of details. Great listening and communication skills. Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting while handling product or equipment. Ability to shine in a fast-paced environment. Available weekends and holidays. Must be 16 years old or older. Store hours of operation: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. (7 days a week). Physical Demands and Working Conditions Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store. Work environment is typical of a retail store with noise levels ranging from quiet to loud. Minimal sitting required. Pay & Benefits Pay scale: $15.00 – $20.10 per hour. The hourly wage range represents the Company’s expected pay for this position. Individual pay is determined by location and other factors such as skills, experience, and training.
