Your Role as a Speech Pathologist Your meaningful contributions will include: Evaluating, assessing, and creating personalized treatment plans for patients requiring speech and language rehabilitation. Identifying challenges and adjusting therapy approaches as needed. Monitoring and documenting patient performance, progress, and responses to treatment. Celebrating patient achievements throughout their journey. Qualifications Current licensure or certification as mandated by state regulations. Successful completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment. A Master's degree is preferred, or a Bachelor's degree accompanied by relevant field experience. Licensure or Certification: Must hold a valid state license in Speech Therapy. Completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is mandatory. BLS (CPR) certification is required or must be acquired within 30 days of starting this role.
