Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, establishing a comprehensive profile for effective intervention.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, defining clear objectives and methods tailored to each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Coordinate care effectively by working in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other relevant professionals to ensure holistic support for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
