Travel Registered Nurse L&D Job

Registered Nurse – Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum (LDRP) in Havre, MT. Start date 08/19/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,928 to $1,958 per week, with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift is 3x12 hours rotating days and nights. This is a travel temporary assignment. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,928-$1,958 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12 rotating (days/nights) Start date: 08/19/2026 Setting: hospital-based obstetric care Travel assignment with rotation into call coverage In-state MT traveler policy: MT travelers will not be considered unless located more than 250 miles from Havre Responsibilities Deliver and coordinate obstetric nursing care across antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn periods using the nursing process Assess maternal-fetal status, monitor labor progression, and support newborn assessment and stabilization as needed Administer medications and perform procedures per established protocols; respond to obstetric emergencies and provide skilled, evidence-based care Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, participate in rotational call, document care plans, and ensure patient safety and comfort Educate patients and families regarding labor, delivery, postpartum care, newborn care, and discharge planning Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure infection prevention and quality standards are met Requirements Active Montana RN license ACLS, NRP, and BLS certifications required Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights) and participate in call as needed Must have reliable transportation Travel eligibility note: Montana travelers will not be considered unless located more than 250 miles from Havre Benefits and Support Dedicated recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment Credentialing and compliance assistance to facilitate start Ongoing assignment support and clear point of contact for clinical questions
