Overview Join a global infrastructure leader in Hartford, CT as a Senior Construction Manager solving the world’s toughest challenges. This role requires a professional with 10‑15 years of experience to advance transmission capital projects to shovel‑ready status. Location Hartford, Connecticut Job Type Contract Compensation $50 - $60 per hour Hours 8am to 5pm Education Bachelor’s degree Responsibilities Lead early project scoping, feasibility reviews, and constructability assessments to identify transmission asset needs. Advance projects through design, permitting, and environmental milestones to maintain a steady shelf of construction‑ready work. Develop schedules and actively track scope, cost, schedule, and risk during the project‑development phase. Support bid‑package development and procurement preparation on behalf of the client. Coordinate essential construction‑readiness requirements, including site access, outages, and material planning. Qualifications 10‑15 years of experience in construction management. Bachelor’s degree.
