Facilities Project Manager As a facilities manager, you understand that relationship‑building and keen attention to detail are crucial when overseeing the lifecycle of a project. You will impact projects that modernize, secure, and create efficiency in IC mission areas, managing complex projects from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership and overseeing teams with facilities management software. Responsibilities Analyze, formulate, and recommend facility standards, design and space criteria, and usage through space utilization studies and forecasts for clients in the IC community. Lead analyses and solution development for facility planning and management for sensitive missions and facility planning solutions. Perform complex activities related to the control and management of cost, schedule, risk, and resource optimization. Prepare and review facilities estimates and site proposals for client review on cost and feasibility. Advise IC community clients in developing plans and programs responsive to present and anticipated portfolio, facility, and individual space requirements. Recommend planning, design, and construction standards and milestones. Qualifications 3+ years of experience with facilities project management from design to post‑construction. Knowledge of ICD 705 SCIF requirements. Ability to manage the execution of a facilities project from design through construction closeout. Ability to provide status updates to senior leadership. TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. Bachelor's degree. Nice to Have Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, or other project management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Salary range: $77,600 - $176,000 (annualized USD).
