This position requires a consistent 4:00 AM start time; applicants should be comfortable with early‑morning shifts and reliable transportation at that hour. Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of all restrooms in Association buildings, parks, and golf course restrooms as required. Washes all windows in Association buildings as required. Vacuums all rugs and carpets in Association buildings as required. Cleans and mops all floors in Association buildings as required. Cleans all walls in Association buildings as required. Moves furniture, tables and chairs as required. Cleans walkways and deck of debris as required. Replenishes all supplies in restrooms as required. Pick up all trash in receptacles as required. Does minor repairs as needed. Keeps records of man hours on individual tasks. Any other duties as may be required and/or requested. Qualifications Must possess a valid California Driver’s License.
